How Does It Work?
Property owners must appeal their taxes within 60 days from when they receive it. If Harley’s firm determines that you have a good case, they will charge a $250 filing fee and will give you a complete analysis of your property. They will then appeal it to the county. If they don’t prevail there, but they feel that their case is valid, they will take it to the state level. Once they secure reduction for you, they will charge 35% of the difference for their fee. Their success rate is over 50%, so well worth the time and effort to reach out to them.
